Forthcoming closure of Northbridge Street

Brightling Road overnight closure this week
/in News/by Assistant ClerkThere is a road closure tonight Thursday 9th July and tomorrow Friday 10th July from Darvell entrance on Brightling Road to Brightling village for road works from 7pm to 5am each night. Residents will still be able to access their properties along the closure. Other vehicles will be diverted. For more information go to https://one.network/en-gb

Mill Site Planning Application to be discussed
/in News/by Assistant ClerkA reminder that Homes England have submitted their planning application for the Mill Site to Rother District Council. This is on the Rother planning website in 2 parts on their website here: a hybrid full/outline application and a listed building consent application.
The Parish Council Planning Committee will consider these applications at their next meeting 7.30pm on 6th July at the Youth Centre. Residents have an opportunity to ask questions at the start of the meeting.
