The application for development of 42 dwellings on land to the South of Heathfield Gardens RR/2025/1438/P will be discussed at the Parish Planning Committee on Monday 6th October 2025. The Parish Council and members of the public are invited to submit comments on the amended application by 24th October. This site is included in our Local Neighbourhood Plan.
