South East Water have updated the criteria for their Social Tariff to support more households with their water bill.  The income threshold is now £22,020 (excluding disability and housing benefits).  If you are a South East Water customer and your household income is below this threshold, you can apply for a reduced tariff immediately through your online account, or by calling them.
