East Sussex Parking Services recently undertook an informal consultation about proposed changes to parking, waiting and loading restrictions in Rother District. Proposals have now been drawn up taking into account the consultation feedback. There is now a formal consultation until 21 November 2025 on these proposals at http://consultation.eastsussex.gov.uk/…/rother-3-formal/ along with an online survey.

These are the locations where changes are proposed in Robertsbridge:

1. Junction of Knelle Road/Langham Road (to reflect recent works)

2. Station Road (no waiting at dropped kerb opposite Doctors’s Surgery)

3. Station Road (proposed extension of no waiting outside the Ostrich, opposite Station car park exit).

 

Please note that this is a new consultation, and that even if you responded to the informal consultation you will need to make a representation if you support or object to the formal proposals.
